Is it possible to achieve zero diopters after laser eye treatment? As diopter measurements are subject to strong fluctuations, it is not always possible to achieve zero values after laser eye treatment. It is perhaps more important to achieve subjectively excellent vision.

After laser eye surgery, you should be free of glasses. Small deviations are possible but should not affect your satisfaction.
