Victor Derhartunian’s education and experience

My name is Dr. Victor Derhartunian.
I am a specialist in ophthalmology and optometry.
I have been working in the field of refractive surgery since 2006.
I completed part of my training at the University of Frankfurt, which is the German reference center in the field of refractive surgery.
The second most important station that shaped me was working with Professor Seiler at the private clinic IROC in Zurich.
I have been self-employed since 2013, also in the field of refractive surgery, where I have dedicated myself exclusively to this area.
Why ophthalmology and why refractive surgery?

The passion is working with patients and the passion for technology, which is actually the basis of refractive surgery.
The interplay of technology, intensive patient communication and the combination of which treatment suits which patient makes this field something special for me.

And I hope that I can give every patient the best that summarizes all my knowledge and passion.
